MUST KNOW, how do I erase Windows Explorer FTP passwords?

Hi! :)

The one flaw that I've found with Windows Explorer's FTP capability is that
if I select the "save password" option, when I try to go to one of the two
sites I maintain on a particular server, when I try the same server in the
future, I get automatically sent to the space I was going to when I selcted
"save password" instead of the space I wa\nt to go to.

How do I erase my Windows Explorer passwords so I can get to the space I
want to get to?

Someone else will need to answer your specific question but I have a
better suggestion for you since you need to maintain some websites
regularly: Don't use the built-in FTP capability. Use an actual FTP
client instead. On Windows I like the free version of FTP Commander.
It's simple, basic, and easy. Other people whom I respect highly
recommend FileZilla which is also free.

cuteftp
ws_ftp_le

these are true ftp clients, small and powerful... 3rd party clients
are usually better than an all-in-one package anyway...

I've tried both of those before, didn't like FTP Commaner's expiring after 30
days then requiring me to pay $50 I don't really have to register a program I
only use once every few days at the most. I can't remember why I dropped
FileZilla, but I'm sure I wouldn't have done so without good reason. I just
want to use Windows Explorer, it does what I need it to do and I'm happy with
it.

Regarding FTP Commander - you downloaded the wrong version. The free
version does not expire, is not a trial. I have used it for years. Sorry
I can't help you with your question.
