Music folder displaying music info differently in tiles view mode

Hello.

I have a problem with any music folder like in "My Music" or "Shared Music" that doesn't display the mp3 files as it should be by default. This problem occure when I was trying out iTunes for Windows. I didn't like it because I wasn't going to use any of the feature the program has to offer. After uninstalling it, restarting my computer and just browsing around the music folder, it now display the mp3 file differently. By default and setting the view to tiles, it should display a mp3 file as:

[file name]
[artist name]
[album/soundtrack name]

.....now it display the mp3 file when I uninstall iTunes for Windows as:

[file name]
MP3 Format Sound
[size of file]

I'm assuming that when I install iTunes for Windows, it somehow mess around with the registry. Please, is there any way to fix this? Thank you for your time.

up at the top of that window where it says "size", "Name", etc right click.
Now you can select what features should be there.

I'm sorry but that doesn't solve the problem. I should had given more details.

When I put "arrange icons by > name" (default) in tiles view it always should be:

[file name] <--arrange icons by name in numerical then alphabetical order
[artist name]
[album/soundtrack name]

....but it's now:

[file name] <--arrange icons by name in numerical then alphabetical order
MP3 Format Sound
[file size] KB

Even though if I change "arrang icons by > size, type, artist, album title, year, track number or duration" it will arrange the file in numerical/alphabetical order to the types I set it to. For example:

Artist Name:
[file name]
[artist name] <--arrange icons by artist name in numerical then alphabetical order
MP3 Format sound

Album Name:
[file name]
[album name] <--arrange icons by album name in numerical then alphabetical order
MP3 Fomat Sound

Track Number:
[file name]
[track number] <--arrange icons by track number in numerical order
MP3 Format Sound

As you can see, the word "MP3 Format Sound" shouldn't disply in the first place before I install and uninstall iTunes for Windows. Also, I name my file name with the track number, then the track name. So it should origionally look like this (also another example if the above confuse any of you):

01 - Song One [file name]
XYZ Artist [artist name]
ABC Album [album name]

02 - Song Two [file name]
ABC Artist [artist name]
ABC Album [album name]

....now it's like this:

01 - Song One [file name]
MP3 Format Sound
1,000 KB

02 - Song Two [file name]
MP3 Format Sound
2,000 KB

If I set it to "arrang icons by > size, type, artist, album title, year, track number or duration" it will arrange the file in numerical/alphabetical order:

Artist Name:
02 - Song Two [file name]
ABC Artist [artist name] <--arrange icons by artist name in numerical then alphabetical order
MP3 Format Sound

01 - Song One [file name]
XYZ Artist [artist name] <--arrange icons by artist name in numerical then alphabetical order
MP3 Format Sound

Another thing. On the left side where all the "common task" is and when you highlight a MP3 file and when the MP3 file is properly tagged, it display all the info. For example:

Details
----------------------
[file name, in bold]
MP3 Format Sound
Artist: [artist name]
Album: [album name]
Year: [date of year]
Duration: [length of song]
Size: [file size]

....now it's just:

Details
-----------------------
[file name, in bold]
MP3 Format Sound
Date Modified: [name of day, month, number of the day, year, date of time]
Size: [file size]
Author: [artist name]

Remember this is all in any music folder like in "My Music" or "Shared Music." PLEASE, if anyone can help me fix this problem, I'll be much obliged. I'm sure there's just something need fixing in the registry but I don't know where it is nor would I like to mess around with it. Again, thank you for your time.
