Multiplre Profiles with one Contacts "file"

I am running Outlook2000 on several computers. I have several profiles on
each computer, but all use a common PAB on my server. This has worked quite
well for several years. I wish to move to Contacts, but have been unable to
find a way to have different profiles use the same Contacts "file". I would
like to do the same thing with a single calendar.

A workaround I tried was to have one PST file for all profiles and a set of
Rules that directed incoming mail to profile specific InBoxes. That works
most of the time but Outlook2000 seemed to get confused once in a while as to
which profile was sending messages out. It also creates a pretty large PST
file and we all know how unstable PST files get as they grow.

Any help would be appreciated.
