Multiple User Access to Applications

I installed an application called Membership Plus by Parsons on an XP
workstation that is accessed by multiple users. A shortcut for the program
is visible on the desktop only when I logon. This shortcut is not visible
for other users, nor can the program be accessed from the Start, Programs,
menu for other users. Does anyone know how to address/correct this problem

Thanks,

Thanks,

Usually you'll see an option during setup to make the program available for
all users or just the current user. The choice made automatically takes
care of the placing the program's shortcuts.

You could try copying the shortcut to the All Users Desktop and Start Menu
folders. Then log on with another account to test that the program will
indeed work correctly when launched from an account different than the one
that installed it.

If no luck, contact tech support for this program or check their online
support documents.
