Multiple Outlook Passwords

I have about 6 different email id i use and my outlook wont let me save the password and i have to enter my password everytime i login
I am using

Application name Outlook
Version 10.0
Build 6515

Language English (United States)

There have been several recent issues with passwords not being retained with
Outlook. Here are the known solutions:

For Outlook 2000 or 2002 on Win 98, NT, or 2000:

Double-click the Protected Storage System Provider key to expand the key, click the user subkey folder that is directly below the Protected Storage System Provider key, click Delete on the Edit menu, and then click Yes in the warning message dialog box.

The user subkey folder looks similar to the following example:

S-1-5-21-124525095-708259637-1543119021-16701

Well my problem is, my Regedt32 wont let me delete that key, and i believe its just not with the Outlook, same with my outlook express and even the IE.
What i am guessing is some kind of script running within the OS which wont let me store any kind of password.

It works fine with my home Comp but not in this one.
