Multiple Networks

I have two diff internet connections / network in my Office.One
through VSAT n is through a Router in which few PCs and my network
printer is attached and another one which has some of my PC getting a
internet connection from a diff broadband service .Can I use my
Printer from my main&other PCs which is not at present connected to
the router having the printer.Can I create two networks with two diff
network cables running on same desktop so that I use one network for
using internet and another for using network/shared printer etc.Shall
i have to disable one network before using the other and also can I
connect another network card on a PC which already has a network
(ethernet)card.because without having two port how can I connect two
diff wires to the CPU (One for Internet and other for using Printer
ETC On a diff network).
