Multiple Definitions for the same network printer

Before our XP upgrade, a user could define multiple print definitions for the
same laser printer within the Printers & Faxes dialog box. This came in real
handy as the users could then toggle easily between Letter size and Ledger
size output. They simply changed the preferences in each of the print
definitions and chose the desired printer. They then didn't need to manually
change the output size everytime they sent a print that was not a default
size. Now, that is not possible from what I am aware of. Does anyone know a
way to do this in XP?

If XP includes a printer driver for your hardware at all, it will be a very
basic driver. For extra bells and whistles you need to download and install
the driver package direct from the printer's manufacturer.
