Multiboot CD with diskette images : how ???? TIA !

Hi

I am trying to find a way to build a CD with a menu to boot the images of
all diskette tools I have

- partition magic
- drive erase
- drive-preparing tools from different makers ( Maxtor, Hitachi, Samsung,
WD, ...)
- file recovery tools
- and many more.

Now I have a collection of diskettes to boot from : but takes space, slow,
magnetic storage hence fragile

I would like to put them all on a CD.
Just putting them on a CD and booting a Win98 image is not sufficient, since
some use special drivers / OS. Thus need to find a way to allow to present a
menu when CD-booting, chosse what to boot ( which image), and boot from
that. Also some boot-diskettes are sets of diskettes ( 2 to 4).

Dose anyone know of something like that, or a way to achieve this goal ?

Thanks !

Two possibilities. You might consider the Windows Ultimate Boot CD
www.windowsubcd.com which is a preinstalled XP (or win2k) environment on CD
which comes with a complete set of freeware diagnostics and allows you to
add your own utilities (although this does require some work).

You could also check out the Ultimate Boot CD at www.ultimatebootcd.com
Basically it's a comprehensive set of floppy boot utilities on one CD.
When you boot the CD you get a menu to select the utility you want to run..
The UltimateBootCD project includes only freeware but there is also a
section on Customizing it to add any utilities you want.

Both solutions already have a large set of utilities built in that might be
all you need. Also, they are both 'live' projects being upgraded with new
tools all the time.
