I'm trying to upgrade to Windows XP from Win 98 SE.
Keep getting error msg "Setup cannot copy D:\1386
\msvcrt40dll. to C:\Windows\system\msvcrt40.dll.

XP upgrade CD is in D:
Any suggestions?

If you do a file search, you will probably find it your system32 folder under XP.
