MSOutlook 2003 Opens two windows when I Execute Program

I Have Been Trying To Catch Up With The Newer OFFICE 2003 Programs But My
Computer And I Have A Conflict Of Interest. I Double Click On The Icon (On
Desktop [Shortcut]) And Outlook Opens 2 Identical Files At Once. In Other
Words, How Can I Fix A MS OFFICE 2003 OUTLOOK To Open Just One Outlook client
rather than the 2 That Keeps Poping Up?!?!

It's probably just one client, but two windows.... if you close Outlook with
2 windows open, it opens two when it's opened again. This is probably the
most likely cause...

Do you have the same problem with other programs? If so, it could be you
have windows set to require one click, not two.
