Multiple Outlook 2003 instances launched

Hello,

I work in an office where we have Outlook 2003 attached to an Exchange Server.

If a user double clicks on the Outlook icon more than once, it opens more
than once.
I believe it is not multiple instances but yet still opens twice.

Is their a setting or any way to prevent this from happeneing, so that if
they click the icon more than once it just refers to the instance alrady open
not open up another window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeff

It is actually one instance of Outlook whoing the same window twice.

Create a shortcut that includes the /recycle command line switch.
