MSN Video - black screeen in browser

When I go to the my.msn.com/video page, the video appears
black although I can hear sound. Also, when I am on the
MSN home page the video for the flash player will not
load. It always says (1 item remaining....) in the status
bar. I have re-installed IE and also re-install Windows
XP, created a new profile and updated all SP's. Any
suggestions would be appreciated. If possible please e-
mail me at (e-mail address removed).

Download the Windows Media Player Powertoys Tweak and
reset the media player defaults. Sounds like another app
took over streaming video.
