msn messenger related problem

here i have prob with my msn messenger, in my office laptop i have msn
messenger 4.6 installed with exchange, i can login and send messages to
others in my office and they are getting my messages also, but i am not
able to recieve any messages from other users, in the other end
messenger "the following message couldnot be delivered" error
getting.when i logged in to other system with same login id, their is
no probs, and no other users have this prob. can u please help
me..........
