trouble with msn messenger when voicing on msn messenger

When I try and voice on msn a error message comes up and closes my msn and
ends voice.Please assist as I have tried to resolve this issue with msn
messenger, and their solution has not worked.Only time that msn messenger
closes with error message is when voicing no other time.
