MSN Messenger 6.2--Available "Actions"

Perhaps definitions for the various "Actions" available
after signing in, would be a help.

I see "Start a Video Conference", "Start my Webcam", and
"Start an Audio Conversation". Would it be correct to say
that the Audio choice would imply two-way voice only,
and that the Webcam choice would imply two-way video only,
and that the Video Conference would imply that it would
thereby support both audio and two-way video?

If so, that would explain why we have gotten Webcam to work
two-way but without audio. Attempting to add audio afetr
establishing two-way video has not worked.

Is all of this covered in any on-board Help, or are there
downloadable documents available, or are our only sources
of assistance in newsgroups such as this, plus experimenting
online along with fellow sufferers?

Greetings William,

What you have listed is correct -except- that Video Conference uses a different video
function than the Webcam. Video Conference uses the built-in real-time communication feature
in XP, whereas the Webcam uses a Logitech component.
