MSN Explorer

I'm not sure if this is really the place to post this, but I will anyway. because MSN won't let me load any of their sites

I can't sign into MSN Explorer, MSN Messenger or hotmail. Even if I use Internet Explorer. Can someone help me. It's been 3 days since I last cheaked my emails and I really need to. Anyone know what's happened
