MSN Explorer Organize Favorites is Broken

A few months ago, my several years worth of favorites
disappeared under MSN Explorer favorites. This happens
on any computer I use when I sign in with my
username/password. MS tech support at first suggested
several fixes all of which were to be done with my local
laptop. None of their fixes worked over approximately a
2-week period. They escalated the problem and I have not
heard back from MS since.

I believe the error *must* be on their servers but I
never was able to convince them of that.

Over the past few months, I have begun to add new
favorites to MSN Explorer and my list now fills the
page. When I attempt to *organize*, the screen goes off
to la-la land and never comes out of organize. This is
the same problem I had and reported to MS.

What can I do?

I really wish I could recover my old favorites as I took
years to build that list.

BTW, when I use favorites under IE, all things work as
they are supposed to do. The only problem is that I
never used favorites under IE before so the favorites
list was only under MSN Explorer.

Also, when my wife signs on using my computer or actually
any computer, her MSN Explorer favorites continues to
work just fine.

Groan.

no kidding! yes, iw wish i knew about saving the
favorites *but* how do i now get so that i *can* do
organize???

what solution do you have for me?
