MSN Core File Opens @ Start UP ?

It just started happening.
Question: How can I eliminate this from happening?
Here is the information:
C:\Program files\MSN (this file has two "sub files"/folders)
1) C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNCoreFiles.NEW.{9D6EAA4F-27B2-4407-AC72-
4BBD2FCB6ED1}
2) C:\Program Files\MSNCoreFiles\MSN6.EXE
I made two changes to this computer today:
1) Installed AVG anti-virus, free edition. I also have Avast installed. I
have
disabled it at start up with WinPatrol, but it is still running on this
computer
according to WinPatrols Active Tasks.
2) Installed SpywareGuard.
The MSN CoreFiles folder never opened up before I made the above
alterations to this computer.
Question: Again, what steps should I/do I take to eliminate this file from
opening at start up?

This seems to a similar experience to that of an another user:
http://cc.msnscache.com/cache.aspx?q=4999836761003&lang=en-US&mkt=en-US&FORM=CVRE

It looks as though some come kind of backup process may have occured.

I wondered whether this is a feature of Spyware Guard coming into
play?
To see a list of Spyware/Hijackers that SpywareGuard has seen in the
past, you can look in the report screen of SpywareGuard. Double click
on the SG icon in your system tray, and that will open up the status
screen as shown in Figure 1. You should then click on Reports, and you
will see a listing of attempted Spyware/Hijacker installations that
occurred in the past. The screen will look similar to Figure 8 below.

Hope this helps.
