I am using Windows XP professional with all the patches
and Service packs up to date. recently I am having some
problem kepping my Internet Explorer 6.0 Home page as
www.ca.msn.com. it gives me DNS server can't resolve name
error message. I have Rogers cable connection. nothing
has been changed as far as configuration concern.
Surprisingly when I use proxy settings under Connection
tab of IE property window. I can set my home page as
www.ca.msn.com. So thinking that Rogers people having
problem, I called Rogers Tech support but no answer from
them, they don't know or awre of this problem.

Is there anybody who might be having the same problem or
know how to fix this problem,,,, please help me because
there are some other sites also can not be resolved by
Rogers DNS but they are denying it.

Thabks.
