MSIE Popup Blocker Not Working

I am still gettinng popups. This is happening on several computers at
home, and also on my office PC, which is managed by the IT staff.

I am unsing MSIE v6 with the popup blocker turned on, blocker filter
level set to HIGH. I have no allowed sites.

Am I the only one seeing this? I don't see any other posts about the
problem. If it was only on oe computer, I wouldn't be so concerned, but
it's happening on several!

No need to sell me on Mozilla and Firefox. I use them and I know they
are mroe secure. I would just like to know what is going on with my
MSIE.

What could the problem be?

It is a security flaw in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 with Windows XP
Service Pack 2. I suggest getting a firewall with popup blocker and (or) a
toolbar from yahoo, aol, or yahoo with popupblocker!
