MSHTML.DLL & KERNEL32.DLL ERRORS ONLY ON E-BAY

I am running 98se, IE v:6.0.2800.1106 with update versions; SP1; Q837009;
Q313829; Q816506; Q889293. I also run Spybot S & D, Adware, Norton
Anti-Virus, and Gator and I am on a network of 2 computers, the second
computer has no problems.
My problem is only on E-Bay.com when I am signed in (no problem if I do not
sign in).
When I click on anything that requires the window to change I get the
following error and IE closes:
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module MSHTML.DLL at 0167:6368fc0b.

If I return to E-Bay I get the following error message and once again IE
closes:

If I do not restart my computer I keep getting the Kernel32 errors, if I
restart I get the Mshtml error 1st then the Kernel 32 error.

Hi,
Another program is probably causing this. Try disabling Gator,
privacy/security programs, toolbars and other add-ons for IE, ad-blockers,
etc. One of them may be causing this.

Add CWShredder to your anti-spyware toolkit. Look for the CWShredder link at
