I am getting this message after I click on programs such as norton anti
virus.User
Prmpt.exe( Unable to locate component This aplication has failed to start
because MSCTF.dll was not found. Re-installing the aplication may fix this
problem). This happened when I used a .IME file to play a dvd file in windows
media player. I can not use programs such as music match jukebox, maybe I
just need to re-install norton antivirus? I have found pages such as this
that talk a litlle about this problem I think I have. My system is brand new
I got it around mid november, it's a dell dimension 8400 running XP PRO.
