It just indicates that someone has used Terminal Services related task (i.e.
Fast User Switching, Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance). Nothing to really
worry about, probably just a small bug in the MSAS.
cool, I was thinking about an unreachable notification such as an alert or
something wrong with te scan or something like that
