MSA64CHK.dll?

When I log on using my main username i get a message
saying Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSA64CHK.dll, but
when I log on using a different username it doesn't
happen. Any suggestions?

Google gave me more than 900 hits on this file.
Looks like spyware to me.
