run32dll error

On start up of Windows XP Prof I get an error message.
rundll error loading c :\windows\system 32\msa64chk.dll.

I have had to delete the msa64chk.dll to prevent the
dialler from loading onto my desktop now I cant get rid
of this error message.

I have tried all the ad ware and virus scanner to no
avail.

Can anyone help?

CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Try SpyWareBlaster to stop intrusions:

Also have a look in msconfig>startup to see if the file is referenced there. If so, uncheck it, then reboot your system.

Mark, Did you try "Spybot"? I had the same problem and it took care of it.
Do a google search for spybot . let me know how you make out.
