MS Word, within FRAME, is not Printing Selected Frame

This is an interesting problem?

GENERAL: When a Nested Frame contains HTML, VISIO, PDF, &
XLS, I can print ONLY 'Selected Frame'. When nested
Frame is MS WORD, IE does not print select frame, and
prints another frame?

SPECIFC:
I have MS Office files to open within the IE Browser. I
am running XP Professional, IE 6.0.28, Office 2002.

I am writing a WWW Site. The General Layout is
____________
HEADER FRAME
------------
LOWER FRAME:
T| DOCUMENT FRAME
O|
C|

This is designed to: Select a Topic in the Header, which
will refresh the Lower Frame is with the Table of
Contents. When clicking on TOC link, the Document Frame
shows the specific information.

The TOC is always an HTML page. I can easily FILE |
PRINT the Selected Page (or use the POPUP Window).

When the DOCUMENT FRAME is XLS & VISIO, the FILE | PRINT
the Selected Page works well as well (PRINT is not
available in the POPUP Menu).

When the DOCUMENT FRAME is PDF, the PDF Menus are
available and I can click PRINT within the DOCUMENT Frame.

When the DOCUMENT FRAME is MS WORD, the FILE | PRINT the
Selected Page will print the TOC FRAME? In looking
through MS KM, the only reference I found was to MS Word
97 documents (I am pretty sure these are Office 2000 or
2002 documents).

-I would prefer not to change settings to open Office
documents outside of the Browser (too many windows).
-Is it because the DOCUMENT FRAME is nested within the
LOWER FRAME (but then why does it work for XLS/VISIO).
-Is there a way to configure OFFICE to add TOOLBARS
within the IE Browser?

I posted this about 2 weeks ago, and I have not seen a

Any ideas... I am still puzzled?
