MS Paint Problem

If I use the Print Preview function in MS Paint ( running XP Home SP2 ) the
menu at the top of the page, normally Print on the L and Close on the R is
obviously using the wrong font as all I get is Plllll or Clllll.
Can anyone help with a fix. Everything else is working perfectly.

Have you uninstalled any fonts?

First...I would try running Disk Cleanup to delete
all of your Temp and Temporary Internet files.
Emptying your recycle bin might be a good idea
also.

Tool in Windows XP

If that is no help...a simple uninstall/reinstall
of MS Paint might be worth a try. Your Windows
XP Disk will be required for the reinstall.

You can remove MS Paint if you go to...
Add-Remove Programs / Add-Remove Windows
Components...

Go to...Accessories and Utilities (details button) /
Accessories ) details button)...Uncheck...Paint...
OK / OK / Next...Paint will be removed.

Reverse the process to reinstall it.
(***your WinXP disk will be required***)

Thanks for your help John,
Unfortunately it didn't help.
Disk Cleanup and Temp files emptied daily. Uninstall and reinstall didn't
help either.
No fonts have been intentionally removed.

Oh well...it sounded like it might work.
