Outlook MS Outlook 2013/2010

Dear All,

I request someone to help on this. We are facing the issue in Outlook Sent items email Content is showing as "<<"(suspect encrypted) for all the emails.

Note: In webmail sent item content is showing correctly. Please suggest on this. Many thanks in advance. - (e-mail address removed)
