MS Office Pro 97 - Binder

Guest

I have a new XP Media Center 2005 system, and have loaded my old Office 97
Pro software. However, I cannot open any BINDER files I previously made
under
win 98se. Get error "Office Binder cannot locate the program that was used
to create this section." Same program, same file locations, and files open
without problems on old computer. Is there some trick to getting to them
with XP? All my financial records are saved in 97 Binders. HELPPPPPPPPPP
!!!!
Thanks

I'm sorry but I don't understand your response - I'm not a Windows
programmer. Can you explain? I recognize the first line as a URL address,
but do not know the where, what, why of the second line - the "dg=" setting
.... ??
