MS Movie Maker 2 Fonts

I used MS Movie Maker on my laptop and was creating a movie and was able to
use the Script MT Bold font style with no problem. But now I have a new PC
that has MS Movie Maker 2 (Service Pack 2) installed on it but the Script
that I need is not available. I need to get it installed so that I can use
that font. I have Office installed and it shows that font available for Word.
I even installed Picture It and Publisher thinking that it would install the
font but its still not an option in Movie Maker. Any ides how to get it in my
drop down list for Movie Maker?

The Script font is one of those fonts that have a large 'skeet' (the number
of pixels high and wide for a character) There were complaints of
'pixelation' in the titles for MM, so I would bet MM2 limits the skeet size,
by design.

Hello,

Assuming you have the licence to do so, you can transfer the font from your
old PC.

Go to the old PC, go to Start > Control Panel > Fonts, select the font and
go to Edit > Copy.

Put in a USB thumb drive, open it up in Explorer and do a Edit > Paste the
font inside. There should be a file copied. Don't worry if it is a different
name.

Go to your new PC, go to Start > Control Panel > Fonts > File > Install New
Font, and point to your USB thumb drive. Select the folder, and it should
install.
