MS IE error 5

Getting Error when trying Download from intranet to Client.The install
browser screen appears and when we click install nothing happens after
short time ,receive Error "Microsoft Internet Explorer :Error 5".

What version of Windows are you using? If XP, do you have SP1, SP2?
