MS exchange offline address book 0X8004010F

While syncronizing the offline folders an error comes up in the
Syncronization log.
7:43:05 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
7:43:05 0X8004010F

manually doesn't work same error...
recreating the outlook.ost file dosen't work...
re-installing or repairing MS office dosen't work...
ScanOst.exe dosen't work either...
