Ms Antispyware & Firewall issue

I have problem whereby my Antispyware cannot update.
Currently my firewall only can be set to open certain IP Address only. So,
may I know what is the server IP Address / Name for Antispyware ?

Can you open the entire spynet.com domain?

Here's the IP I get from here:

216.32.240.29

Another poster finds this as well--so perhaps that is all that is needed.

You will need to allow all of these:

www.spynet.com
service.spynet.com
download.spynet.com

The latter two are currently aliases for:
ad.spynet.microsoft.akadns.net

The IP addresses returned from these DNS addresses might be variable, but
they are currently:
216.32.240.29 and 207.46.236.25

You will need to permit both of these.
