Issue with Microsoft AntiSpyware vs. Windows Firewall

Hi there; I am writing to find out if I can get some assistance; I
downloaded your Microsoft AntiSpyware and did scan; after I did so I
rebooted the computer and then the Windows Security Center warned me about
the fact that the status of the Firewall was unknown; I followed the
recommendations but I still couldn't get the issue resolved; I got EZ
Firewall Lite installed on my PC (in accordance with Microsoft
recommendation) and I was able to get up to the point where it tell me that
"Windows cannot start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
service."

Technical support is not available for beta products--I believe this is
clearly stated in the EULA and other places in the download process.

I would recommend that you use System Restore (start, all programs,
accessories, system tools, system restore)

to restore the system to a restore point before you (as a result of the
scan) cleaned your system.
