MS antispyware Beta 1

I have gone in and removed this in add/remove programs. It no longer appears
in the list of program files.

When I go in to programs folder to remove the MS antispyware folder it will
not let me do it. It still has 15.6MB in the folder. There is a .dll file
that it says is active. I have tried it in safe mode. It still doesn't
delete.

somehow this program seems to be interferring with trying to update my
Norton AV2006.
Any ideas?

I would recommend trying this first:

1) re-download and install Microsoft Antispyware.

Once it is installed, Rightl=click it in the notification area, and choose
to shut the program down.

Then uninstall via add/remove programs, just as you did before.

See if that takes care of it.
