MPG files

Up until now I had no problem accessing and viewing movies in my MPG
folder. Now for some reason whenever I click on an MPG file I get the
following message. "mpg is not a valid win 32 application" and cannot be
viewed. Is there anything I can do to reverse this problem. Thank you.

Try changing the extension of one MPG file to mpeg and see if it opens. If
yes, change the other MPG extension to mpeg as well.
