MPEG-4 License??

Hi

Does anybody know whether it is necessary for our company to have it's own
MPEG-4 license if we distribute a ePC with Windows XP embedded installed.
Microsoft has a MPEG-4 license, but I am not sure whether our company has to
have our own when we distribute the system to the end user.

Hope somebody can help me, because I can't find anything about it on the
Microsoft licens pages.
