MAPS Licensing?

Hi,

We're a small software development company, and we've just brought a
Microsoft Action Pack Subscription. I have been reading the licensing on

http://www.microsoft.com/uk/partner/sales_and_marketing/actionpack/terms.aspx

it says

"...the Subscription includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
royalty-free, terminable license to make and use the number of authorized
copies of the Microsoft software products ("Products") set forth in the
Microsoft Action Pack Subscription Product Licenses table in subsection (d)
below, for internal business use, demonstration, testing, education, and
evaluation purposes only..."

At the bottom is the MAPS license table, which shows, along with others, 1x
2003 Server license and 10x Windows XP Pro licenses.

Does this mean we can install the MPAS versions of 2003 server, on our
server, and Windows XP on our 10 workstations, with out having to buy any
more licenses, as long as we're only using them for internal business use?

Cheers

Brian

You might want to contact MS directly for licensing issues.
