MPEG-2 Movie won't play on other computer

I have been creating PPT presentations using many MPEG-2 clips and they run
just fine as long as I run them on the computer on which I created the PPT
presentation. There is no compatibility problem with the file types as I can
insert the same files into the presentation on another computer and they work
fine. The error message I am getting is: "Windows Media Player Error Message
Help: You've encountered error message C00D11B1 while using Windows Media
Player." However, there is no issue with my Media Player as I can play the
file just fine. Help!
