Movnig BCM Database

I have the a friend who has his BCM database installed on a windows 2003 SBS server and it is just the database, no outlook. I need to move the database to a different server because he is getting rid of this server. I need to move the database to a windows server 2003 machine. Not sure how to do this because I am not very good with SQL. He is accessing the BCM database from a PC running XP and outlook 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
