Moving the sysvol and frs-staging shares

How do you move the sysvol share and the frs-staging area ???

Can you even move the sysvol share??? I know you can move the frs-staging
are, but have forgotten how too.

Here is the kb for moving the FRS staging area

You could move Sysvol by demoting and then re-promoting the DC but I can't
find any shortcut way of doing it.
