Moving shares from W2k to 2003 server

We are in the process of consolidating about 100 file and print servers to
about 20 or so. We have W2K and 2003 servers and about 500 W2K pro and XP
pro workstations. Users are mapped to shares via login scripts and manual
mapping. Setting up and moving shares from one server to another is not a
problem. The problem we see is at the client side, as the paths (UNC) to
their drive mapping will change as shares are moved. The server host names
will be different. Is there a utility out there that can be used to
automate the changing of the drive mapping paths? It's easy to manually
re-map a drive if there's only a handful of users, but if you have 500 or
more, it can be a nightmare. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I assume that you have a large number of logon scripts, and
that you wish to modify each of these scripts with one command.
If so then I suggest you check Google for some search and replace
tool for batch files.
