Moving shares from NT to w2k box

Does anyone have any instructions on moving shares from an NT box to a
windows 2000 box. Is there a registry key you have to move. Both nt and
w2k machine are in the same domain.

Export from the registry the path
hklm/system/currentcontrolset/services/lanmanserver/shares
to a file and import it on the new server.

You must, of course, move the data across and set the NTFS permissions.
