Moving IE 7 Toolbar Commands / Address Bar

I saw a great post about getting the Links Toolbar menu onto the same row as
the Menu bar.

So now I wonder if there is a way to move the Address bar from the top? I
am used to seeing the Menu bar first from prior versions, and then the
Address bar underneath it.

I heard something about making registry changes, but can't remember where I
saw that.

Any ideas?

Right-Click the toolbar. If there is a checkmark beside "Lock the Toolbars",
click to uncheck it. Then just drag 'n drop and resize them where you like.
[Drag on the word "Links", not the links themselves unless you want to
re-arrange them also.]

In your menu choose: View | Toolbars | Customize (or right-click main
toolbar: Customize)
and you can display text or not, or large or small icons, add or remove
icons, etc.

After you have things the way you like, Right-Click any toolbar and check
"Lock the Toolbars".
