Moving cluster to new hardware

Can some tell me the correct way or provide a link to a 'how-to' on moving a
2-node cluster with 1 shared disk array to an entirely new set of hardware
(2 new server and 1 new disk array)?

I was thinking of taking 1 node offline and disjoin it from the cluster and
install 1 of the new servers in it's place and join the new server into the
cluster and then repeat the process for the other node. But then I'm not
sure on how to move the entire disk array to a new disk array and be able to
retain all security/permission settings.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Just done this process myself form an old NT4 cluster to a new 2k cluster

We found the best way was to build the new cluster on 2k and then install all the services/applications needed on the new server. Once we had it up and running transfer the data from the old cluster to the new cluster (eg exchange)

Then re-set up the virtual server ip addresses/names the same as the old server (eg moved the Exchange 'server' so it had the same name and ip address). dont forget to turn the old on off first before you move it or the dns/wins will get confused.
