move/slide row with keyboard

I would like to move/slide a row with the keyboard. I know the shift
+drag edge trick with the mouse to move rows (without replacing the
destination), but I would like a quick way to do with keyboard. MS
Word has a nice feature shift+alt+up/down to do this thing, but I have
not found one with Excel.

If an existing solution does not exist, is it possible to have a macro
do this?

Hi Shane

A slight typo if the OP is to get it to work.
He needs to press Ctrl+Shift+m to invoke the macro

You used a shortcut of Ctrl+M, not Ctrl+m
