|| Copy the .pst file from the CD (read only) to the hard drive and
|| remove the Read-Only attribute from its properties. Outlook
|| requires both read AND write access to the .pst file. Then, use
|| Outlook's File->Open->Outlook Data File to access your data - do NOT
