Problem Importing Outlook.pst

I have a client who wants to move his Outlook data to a new notebook
computer. His old computer has Outlook 2003, as does his new computer. His
email on each computer is configured as an HTTP account connected to MSN, and
is working correctly.

Because we also want to transfer his Saved Items folders, Contacts,
Calendar, etc., I copied the Outlook.pst file from his old computer to an
Iomega REV cartridge. However, when I try to import the file into Outlook on
his new computer, I get an error message that says:

"File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access
the file."

There is no password prompt, and I am attempting the import when logged in
as an Administrator. How can I successfully import this file?

Thanks.

A) Make sure the file is not marked read-only and that you're not trying to
use it directly from a CD or other removeable media.

B) Don't import a .PST file. Just open it via File | Open | Outlook Data
File.
