Move mouse over object & text pops up in PowerPoint

I have a map in PowerPoint that I am adding shapes to that will represent
locations. When I move my mouse over the shapes, I want a text box to pop up
that displays information about the location.

Check out this entry from the PPT FAQ. You probably want the non-VBA
solution listed at the beginning, but the VBA solution might be what you
want as well.
