Move mail from PST into exchange mailbox

Hi all,
Question... Is it possible to script the moving of mail from a pst to an
exchange 2003 mailbox. So, I want to move a PST in its entirety into the
Exchange mailbox for all of my users adn automate the process so that there
is no user intervention. Is this possible?

Maybe this question will more likely be answered in an Exchange group.

However, my question is why do you want to do that? Sooner or later the
Exchange mailboxes will become full, overflow, and you will require the
users to archive the contents back to the PST files. Why not keep what's
in the PST files as the beginning of the archive, and start with a clean
Exchange mailbox?
